Sermon on the Mount Series
Matthew 6:19-24
1. Picture everything you own, especially your favorite things. The Bible says they belong to God and you are simply a steward of them. How will that effect the way you’ll manage those things this week?
2. What does a lifestyle of simplicity look like for you? Who are you accountable to for your spending decisions?
3. This week when you have dinner, pause to thank God for His generosity to you. Be specific!
4. If money is dominating your thinking in any way, choose to rebel against its power by giving a thoughtful gift to someone else this week.

THE LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father in Heaven
Hallowed be your name
Your Kingdom come,
Your will be done
On earth as in heaven
Give us today our daily bread
Forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who sin against us
Lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil
For the Kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours
Now and forever
Amen
