Susan Crawford is the pastor of the Children’s Training Center at Bridgeway. She is married to Ron, who is the youth director for Cross & Crown Mission in downtown OKC. They have three children: Gage, 11, Jacey, 8, and Corban, 3. Susan has a bachelor’s degree in biology, which has proved to be not at all helpful in pursuing the call of God on her life, but fun to have nonetheless. She has been serving in Children’s Ministry at Bridgeway since 2003 and longs to see kids connect with the heart of God in a way that makes them passionate and radical followers of Jesus, now and for the rest of their lives!

Angie Dowdell is the Nursery Coordinator for Bridgeway’s CTC. She is married to Andy and has two precious boys. Angie graduated from the University of Central OK in 1998. Her degree in early childhood education has helped her understand the youngest part of the Bridgeway community…babies through two-year olds. She loves encouraging new moms and helping babies and parents transition through the beginning years of life.

Joy Young serves as the CTC’s Preschool Director and Newsletter creator at Bridgeway. She has called Bridgeway her home since 1995 and has enjoyed watching the population of children explode in this community. She is a homeshooling mom of two and has been married to Dave since 1999. Joy has the desire to see children trained and released in prayer to be vital and active parts of the Body of Christ.
